Community Information

The Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club subdivision borders Federal Highway to the west, Camino Real to the North, the Hillsboro River to the South and the Intracoastal Waterway to the East.

Our closest local landmark is the Boca Raton Resort & Club, whose entrance is directly across Camino Real from our northern gate.

The gatehouses are located at opposite ends of Royal Palm Way. The West Gate is at Federal Highway and Southwest 18th Street, the North Gate, on East Camino Real facing the entrance of the Boca Raton Resort & Club.

The subdivision comprises approximately 450 acres consisting of 229 water lots, 285 golf course lots and 231 interior lots. Some of the original lots have been combined over the years. There are currently less than 700 homes on 750 lots. The community includes three man-made islands, Alexander Palm, Coconut Palm and Key Palm. All of the island waterways connect to the Intracoastal Waterway.

The majority of our residents live and work full-time in South Florida. The balance of residents live in Royal Palm on a seasonal basis. Children in our community typically attend private schools in the area.
