All residents of Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club subdivision are members of the homeowners association, Royal Palm Improvement Association. Residents are defined as lot owners, homeowners and leasers.
Once RPIA receives a copy of the real estate contract, the new owner/leaser receives a Membership package, which includes an Application, Articles of Incorporation, Declaration of Restrictions, Limitations, Conditions and Agreements and By-Laws.
After returning the Application to the RPIA administration office, the new member, along with the administration staff, schedule a mutually convenient Orientation meeting. At the Orientation, the new member meets with representatives of the RPIA Membership Committee along with a representative from the Security staff. During Orientation, the new member is provided with information regarding the functions and services provided by the Association.
After the Orientation, the new member will receive an Affidavit of Membership and Certificate Release of Option, which can be recorded with the property deed in Palm Beach County.
